We recently went to the BFI once again and this time we learnt about the variety of music videos in different eras and comparing the journey of editing throughout the years and generations.
Below is the Presentation that was shown to us which we found very useful for some re-thinking within our own project and ideas.
Some of the Music Video's that we looked at were:
1) Len Lye- A Colour Box (1935)
2) Nat King Cole- Frim Fram Sauce (1945)
5) Nancy Sinatra- These Boots Are Made For Walking (1966)
6) Queen- Bohemian Rhapsody (1975)
8) Whitney Houston- I Want To Dance With Somebody (1987)
9) The Pharcyde- Drop (1995)
10) Adele- Hello (2016)
